PH6 Design Lab offers an open space design that is rich and diverse respite within the urban environment. 1,000 square meter street plaza is the frontal piece to public library. As a cultural platform, the plaza provides casual gatherings and informal performances. The sculptural benches are unique art form as a backdrop of the library, offering seating and gathering space’ 3 parametric benches and paving pattern were designed to improve visual pleasing and pebble bench also set to replace existing seat for safety issues.The bench consists of evenly spaced rows of 30 mm birch plywood that create the illusion of large three-dimensional forms with led light underneath.
