PH6 Design Lab developed this master plan of 840 acre farm land owned by Korean rural community corporation into a new concept of resort which focuses on actualization of scenic agriculture for the encouragement of rural tourism.
The Master plan design uses the history and natural resources of the site to create stirring places and compelling cultural narratives. We envisioned the landscape as both natural and social space embodying the potential of design to enhance cultural and biophysical phenomena. The former rice production site is planned to include a Resort Hotel area, Agri-Experience zone, Water park and Commercial area, Sports field and equestrian area and 36H golf course with golf village.
