This competition entry offers an integrative approach that would weave disparate parts of the existing urban fabric together with physical gestures evocative of a peaceful coexistence of nature, culture, and community. Through a design process, the park is re-created to form a multi-layered, three-dimensional urban organization that emphasizes connectivity and the symbiotic interaction between landscape, building, and program. Existing and proposed mountain paths are tied and zipped into the sky bridges, which form an interactive networking system and series of open spaces are arranged along the riparian edge.

3 buildings located in the main open space provide a cultural platform zone,  Each building is programmed as play, relax, and learning respectively, of which roofs serve as pathway and 5% max ramp so that any disabled person can visit and enjoy the park without any difficulty. The design envisions a park in which people can learn, play and relax in the nature and manipulated terrain which brings a distinct scenic view.
